New Years Day 2012

We kicked off the New Year in Boykin, SC (near Camden) with the Boykin Hunt Club.  Chris and Carter got up early and went with Roy to English where they had the dog drive.  I got a text at 9:46 am that Chris had killed a 8 point buck!  I was shocked, Carter was there with him!  Here is a pic of the deer:

I asked Chris what Carter thought and he said that Car was OK just wondered why the deer was dead.  Chris explained and afterwards Carter had some snacks and took a nap in the woods on Chris' jacket.

We met up with them around 12 and brought some food for the potluck.  Here is a picture:
