Today was Carter's birthday party although his birthday was Monday, May 14th. Susan and Roy came in town on Friday night and I cooked dinner. Saturday morning Chris and Roy worked on the playground that we got Carter for his birthday and around 12 we left and went to Asheville. The Play Lodge is a really fun place for toddlers and Carter loves going. We reserved the Castle Room and they provide pizza, drinks and I got a fruit tray as well. Kristen Styles from "Simply Caked" created the Diego birthday cake and it was fabulous. The guests that attended were:

Carter was so tired after the party but took a nap despite protests of wanting to play with all of his fun toys.

Here is a pic of the playground Roy, Chris and Seamus put together. I got it from Home Depot and found out later that the lumber wasn't included! Chris got a little peeved but he stepped it up and sawed the lumber and it looks great!
